Our Projects
Gardenia Walk, Camellia Pointe, and Vandalia Crossing
Currently under construction, the 599 lot development of Gardenia Walk is our first of three projects in the greater Greensboro area; consisting of both single-family residences and townhomes. Silver Ridge has been overseeing the horizontal construction of these communities from early pre-construction to ensure the successful completion of this project, as well as it's successors: Camellia Pointe (701 lots, currently under construction) and Vandalia (473 lots, currently in pre-construction).
Giles Street Duplexes
Currently under construction, Giles Street Duplexes are a six-unit development that will be completed in late April, 2026. Through the construction of these duplexes, we have explored multiple value engineering strategies from pre-construction through completion; aiming to not only maximize profitability of this project for our client, but to create a repeatable product that can be successful in an array of municipalities.
Clairmount Greene
Currently under construction, Clairmount Green was a school building built in the early 1940’s that has been updated into condominiums, we anticipate to complete the transformation of the final two units in the building in late April, 2026. This unique project has stood to mark the adaptability and diverse subcontractor base that Silver Ridge LLC can bring to the table for our clients.
Westbrook Apartments
Completed in April, 2024; this twenty-seven unit apartment building required demolition, site grading and utility installation. With vinyl siding and brick accents, this project shows our ability to value engineer and simultaneously maintain attention to aesthetics. Most importantly, this job stands as a testament to what having quality relationships with the owners we work with can truly amount to.
Mebane Home Projects
We have completed several historic home renovations in conjunction with one of our long time development partners in the town of Mebane. These jobs were not only rewarding for the interest of those involved, but also for the opportunity to have a part of the revitalization and preservation of a true monument of the craftsmanship that founded the community.
